City Ordinances & Public Conduct

King of the Road Ordinance: Pedestrians have the right of way at designated crossings. Motorists are required to yield at all times.

Silent Night Ordinance: Loud noises and disturbances are prohibited during designated quiet hours.

Smoke-Free Ordinance: Smoking is strictly prohibited in public places.

Comprehensive Traffic Ordinance: Strictly follow all traffic signs and directions given by traffic enforcers.

Anti-Distracted Walking Ordinance: Using mobile phones or gadgets while crossing streets is prohibited to ensure pedestrian safety.

Please observe these ordinances to help keep Baguio City safe and orderly.
